When your parcel arrives, open it and check you have everything before you install anything.

What is in the box

Each XemTrack device shipment typically includes:

• The GPS tracker itself.
• A SIM card (for devices that use mobile data). The SIM is already set up for XemTrack — you do not need to buy a separate data plan.
• A quick-start sheet with fitting instructions for your device model.

Before you install

You do not need to sign in to the app yet, but keep your order email address handy — you will use it when you subscribe and when you sign in later.
