Plain definitions of XemTrack terms.
| Term | Meaning |

| Online shop (Payhip) | Secure checkout partner for hardware and some purchases. A shop login is optional and is not your XemTrack App account. |
| Live monitor | A rule that alerts you when a condition occurs (speed, geofence, idle, etc.). |
| Map layer | A historical or utility view added on top of the live map for a chosen time range. |
| Analytic report | Scheduled PDF summary of fleet activity. |
| AI agent | Scheduled plain-English review written by AI from your instructions. |
| Credits | Monthly allowance (and optional top-ups) for SMS and AI usage. |
| Geofence | A circle or rectangle on the map used for zones and alerts. |
| Utilisation | How actively a device is used — moving vs parked time. |
